Klodowski - merged their practices so that a wider range of legal services could be provided to their numerous business and individual clients. Emission Trading Experience Harry is one of the region's leading attorneys in pollution trading. Mr. Klodowski has found, evaluated and filed Emission Reduction Credit (ERC) Registrations for manufacturers and industrial clients. He assisted companies in obtaining prompt action on ERC applications by the state and federal governments, successfully appealed adverse agency decisions in 2 cases , and has negotiated settlements of other Emission trading problems with the agencies. Mr. Klodowski is active in Emission trading, representing ERC buyers and sellers for over 15 years.

Harry Klodowski has broad experience in solving environmental problems associated with natural gas development and transmission. He has served as environmental counsel to a family owned gas drilling company, two western Pennsylvania "Local Distribution Companies" that also produce and transport gas, and a consortium of interstate natural gas transmission companies operating in Pennsylvania.

Attorney Harry Klodowski and Attorney Ed Hull have assisted many property owners on negotiation of oil and natural gas leases for over 20 years. New discovery of deep gas deposits including the Marcellus Shale and Trenton Sandstone in Central & Western Pennsylvania have caused a land rush to lease properties by major oil and gas companies. Payments to property owners are far higher than they were a couple of years ago.

Attorney Klodowski has represented coal & stone mining, natural gas drilling companies, and gas transmission companies in environmental issues as well as litigation over property rights.
