We maintain a minimum amount of finished earrings, necklaces, bracelets, but the majority of our jewelry is made for each order specifically. We generally ship within 24 hours, but guarantee shipping by 72 hours from order time. This is why size requests are never a problem. Need a petite bracelet? We can do it! Need a shorter necklace? Our Jewelry is handcrafted in our design studio in the Northeast USA All of our products are original designs by our designer Brenda Erickson and are made in our studio in the Northeast United States of domestic and imported silver findings and beads. All products are comprised entirely of sterling or 925 silver and semi precious gemstones. The only exceptions are the whiteheart beads (which are antique venetian glass) and the structural component of all necklaces and bracelets (which is a nylon coated 49 strand stainless steel professional jeweler's wire. This wire is never seen by the customer- it is entirely covered in beading). We offer a 30 day return policy! No worries. We include all the return paperwork with the order. No need to call.
