Our Food Handler Training courses are designed with intent of providing our customers with the most quality and relevant information regarding proper supervision of everything related to handling of food.
Our training course broadly covers all topics that a capable food handler must know about their job. This includes having a deep understanding of all legislations and regulations pertaining to safe food handling, both set by state and federal laws. Certain states have also mandated that a competent, certified food handler be present at all time in premises responsible for processing and serving food to public.
The job of a competent food handler is to supervise and handle food at all its levels of production. This refers to the four-step cycles of food development, which begins with initial preparation of ingredients, then procession of those ingredients into food, followed by packaging of the food safely under hygienic conditions and finally serving of the prepared food to the customer.
The task of a Food Handler is to recognize and address all safety issues found in the cycle of food development, and to make sure that the development cycle meets all regulations. Food Handlers are taught all relevant techniques on how to recognize and handle ailments pertaining to improper food development, as well as to be able to offer guidance on safe techniques to food preparers.
We offer our Food Handler training program under an interactive online course, the intuitive course will guide you through all techniques pertaining to Food Handling, it has the added advantage of not requiring attendance of any physical classes, and thus it can be taken from the comfort of your home or office under time of your own choosing.
Food Handler Certification relevant to the state signed up for, becomes immediately available to all individuals who have finished taking the course.
