Over sixty years after our founding, Beyer Construction is a full-service construction firm, providing construction management, design-build, and general contracting services to a wide range of clients. Bringing our expertise to the table early means tapping into more than 60 years of experience to recommend systems and materials, evaluate alternate designs, accurately estimate construction costs and get the best bids.

Renovation of the historic Milo P. Jewett House for the new corporate headquarters of the Everett Smith Group, a privately held investment company. Built in 1872, the exterior of the two-story Italianate Style structure underwent a complete masonry restoration, and roof and gutter replacement. The interior was upgraded with new finishes including remodeling of the offices, kitchen, and bathrooms.
