Beyond Zebra, Incorporated was established in 2000 as a creative alternative to conventional promotional products companies. When The Walt Disney Company closed its in-house promotional products purchasing division, former employees Stacy Burleson and Terri Yamate-Ottengheime struck out on their own and founded BZI. The women brought BZI their experience in product development, retail buying, merchandising, sourcing and importing, manufacturing, design, and production. This diverse skill set enabled the team to offer clients a deeply creative and thoughtful approach to the promotional products business. BZI has evolved over the years. Far from our early days in home offices, we are now located in downtown Burbank, CA, with a satellite office in Jacksonville, FL. Throughout our growth, what has remained consistent is BZI’s extraordinary customer service.
