Description
Bowling Green State University was founded in 1910. The 1,338-acre campus in northwest Ohio, about 25 miles south of Toledo, consists of over 100 buildings. The University offers more than 200 undergraduate majors in seven academic colleges, 15 master s degrees in over 60 fields, and Ph.D. programs in 16 fields. At the center of the University s academic community are the 787 full-time faculty members, who are engaged in teaching, research, and consulting. Over 19,000 students attend the main campus, including 2,900 graduate students. Ninety percent of the students are from Ohio and international students represent 55 countries. The College of Business Administration serves approximately 2,400 undergraduate students and 300 graduate students. BGSU is conveniently located near several large cities and transportation centers. Air transportation is available through Toledo Express Airport (25 miles) or Detroit Metropolitan Airport (70 miles)...
