After selling a successful startup, he has spent most of his career directing inside and outside sales teams for rapidly growing Internet-based companies.

Since joining the company in 2010, Fred Tillman has led BidSync's product teams to develop and release three new products in three years, with a customer retention rate of 98%. His leadership has created a collaborative environment that has resulted in opportunity for BidSync's employees, increased value for shareholders and improved efficiency and capabilities for clients. Fred received a Bachelor of Computer Science from Oklahoma State and an MBA from Texas Christian University.
