If you purchased your product from anywhere other than http://shop.georgeforeman.com/ you must contact them for their return policy. The George Foreman Shop cannot accept returns for products purchased elsewhere.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it and we will refund your money (less shipping and handling). In order to receive the full refund, you must return your product within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase and provide proof of the purchase by providing an invoice or receipt that specifically lists the date of purchase. This guarantee expires thirty (30) days from the date you purchased your product.
