The metronome has duplets, triplets, triplets without center beat (swing), quadruplets, quadruplets without center beats (shuffle), which I found to be very motivating when practicing. It has a very pleasing tone. The tuner has a nice feel and has many features for wind and piano which I did not test. (see below). I can attest that for guitar it is superior to most digital tuners. I was also pleased to find the AAA batteries included.
