Big Sandy Two-Way was incorporated in May of 1982 and since that time been an authorized Motorola Service facility, handling all Motorola warranty service and contract service, as well as servicing a substantial number of customers on a time and material basis. Since that time, we have been designated a Motorola Full-Line Two-Way Dealership and cover 19 counties in Kentucky and West Virginia. Johnny Dutton, was employed as the sole radio technician for the industrial Water Board, Birmingham, Alabama for nine years prior to moving to Kentucky to purchase the facility. Up until about eight years ago, he was actively involved in the service of customers' eqipment. Since that time, ithas become necessary for him to serve on other capacities. Johnny has an FCC license. The facility is managed by Lane Dutton, who for 19 years was a legal secretary. She handles phone calls, parts orders, accounts receivable, accounts payable and all other activities connected with the management of the shop. She will be able to handle any problem that may arise in a timely manner. Greg Murray, Service Manager for the shop came to us in 1989. Greg has been in the two-way service business for approximately 24 years. He is a native of Eastern Kentucky and maintains an excellent relationship with our customers.
