John P. Gross, PE Senior Project Manager John has been the Senior Project Manager at Bigane for over 10 years. Prior to coming to Bigane, John worked as a Field Technician and Project Manager. At the same time, he attended the Illinois Institute of Technology where he graduated with honors earning a Bachelor of Science in Engineering. John has extensive experience in the private and public sectors managing projects within a wide range of budget constraints. Throughout his career John's appetite for learning has never diminished.

Jim Harrell Project Superintendent Jim has been in the construction industry for over 30 years, nearly half of that time in the asphalt paving business. He brings his management experience to the job every day. Working for Bigane Paving Co. since 2004, his focus is handling projects regardless of size, safely and on budget. Jim handles the South Street and Parkway Project where he oversees all concrete pours, milling, and paving. Other responsibilities include working with resident engineers, general contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers on various south side projects.

James M. Dillon General Superintendent JIm has been in the asphalt profession for over 40 years, the last 17 of which he's been sharing his vast knowledge base with Bigane as the General Superintendent. Right after graduating from Western Illinois, Jim entered the asphalt profession where he worked as a General Contractor, Prime Contractor, and Subcontractor on municipal projects for the Chicago Park District, the City of Chicago, the Cook County Forest Preserve District and the Public Building Commission.

Anne Bigane Wilson, PE, CPC President/CEO A graduate of Purdue University, Anne has been with Bigane for over 25 years. She started her career as an Engineer-Estimator, coordinating jobs in both the public and private sectors. Since becoming President in 1987, Anne has applied her skills to directing the estimating, project management and construction departments at Bigane.

John Bosco Project Superintendent John has been employed by Bigane from 2004 and has been a Project superintendent since 2006. He has 25 years of experience in all phases of road building, site development and asphalt paving both public and private. He is a graduate of North Central College and is IDOT PCC level 1 certified.
