Bill Beall Co., Inc. was established in 1977. From the outset, Bill Beall Co., Inc. has been a leading mover of commercial and industrial properties in Springfield, Missouri and the surrounding area.Bill started in commercial real estate at the age of 19 when he decided he could pay his way through college at the University of Missouri if he could find a way to buy an apartment house with the right cash flow. With a borrowed down payment from a local banker who, a few years later, became a development partner, he did just that -- and he's been at it ever since.After college, graduate school and two tours in Viet Nam, Bill sat down with a map and economic survey information -- and without a single personal contact in the area -- Bill selected Springfield, Missouri, as the place that offered the quality of life and the kind of growth opportunity he was looking for. Bill strongly believes Springfield and Southwest Missouri still offer those same advantages to others.
