Systems, Inc., can provide full-service billing and practice management functions as well as providing a credentialling service to enroll physicians properly with third-party payers and obtain provider numbers linking them to the practice or network. This service requires a high degree of expertise and a communication link with payers to be sure all paperwork is completed timely and filed with all necessary documents.

Compliance with Federal regulations (HCFA) governing the Medicare program plays an important role in medical practices and networks of practices. Our job is to inform and advise clients of these regulations and aid in compliance to help avoid audits or possible sanctions. The ultimate responsibility remains with the physician, but we provide information that can assist in that compliance.
