Founded in 1978 by Lucy and Henry Billingsley, the organization expertly builds, owns and manages its properties, ensuring long-term client, resident and partner return.

A state-of-the-art design that includes 38,000-square-foot floor plates and the latest in communications and power infrastructure, this 24-story multi-use structure combines residential space with office, restaurants and retail stores. Located in the revitalized Arts District in downtown Dallas, One Arts Plaza is one of the most sought-after office spaces in Dallas.

Chiapas International was founded in 2003 by Lucy Billingsley. Several of our employees are board members and many others donate their time and money to fundraising efforts throughout the year. Chiapas has raised over $5,708,526 and presented over 242,000 small business loans to women in Chiapas - Mexico’s poorest state. The Latin America Initiative will also benefit Bolivia, Haiti, El Salvador, Dominican Republic and Honduras.
