We offer in-house aerial photography and aerial site reconnaissance using our staff airplane and pilot. Our pilot is also a civil engineer providing both flight and engineering background when conducting aerial photography, ground reconnaissance, floodplains investigations, dam inspections, and land purchase investigations. We provide aerial photographic services to meet the needs of ongoing constructional project monitoring, real estate images captured from a unique perspective, and watershed and riverine imaging.

We provide years of experience developing the necessary groundwater wells, pipelines, and distributions system to meet your projects water needs. To ensure the highest quality of wastewater discharge, our engineers develop wastewater treatment services utilizing the latest pressure dose and secondary treatment designs. We strive to lead in use of new wastewater treatment technology including implementation of Montana’s new gray water laws.

We provide expertise in soils, concrete, and asphalt testing to assure your projects quality control and quality assurance. We offer in-house soils testing and analysis as well as working with the regions best testing laboratories to provide independent results.

We provide over 30 years of combined hydrologic experience using the most recent, as well as the tried and true, hydrologic analysis techniques. We can provide the experience and expertise required to assure that your hydrologic analysis meets the necessary governmental review standards while providing information for a competent hydraulic design.

Hydrography Billmayer & Hafferman Inc. provides highly qualified staff that have years of training and experience taking accurate and reliable stream flow measurements in all types of rivers, streams, creeks and canals. We own and routinely use 6/10ths top setting rods, Marsh McBirney, Price AA and Pygmy flow meters and we follow the Standard Streamflow Operating Procedure established by the US EPA and the USGS.
