Our Company Established in 1987, Jayakas factory has been supplying quality eco-friendly hardwood custom stock directly to furniture manufacturers in North America, Europe, China and Japan. Our warehouse in High Point, North Carolina has been facilitating and supplying our factory’s eco-friendly Rubberwood to all US buyers since 2002. The direct relationship with our factory in Malaysia has helped us to gain competitiveness in price while maintaining high quality for our products. Therefore we are able to ensure superior business performance and trust in meeting customer’s shipment schedule, thus establishing a quality program and maintaining price stability. Our mission is to benefit the trade in terms of price efficiency by providing customized delivery to US manufacturers, wholesalers and home buyers. We offer services for Container order, Mixed container program, Asia warehousing as well as Local warehousing. There is no order to big or too small; we are established to accommodate small, medium and large quantity order. We strive to accommodate all of our customer’s needs and move along with the strategy of their business plan. We firmly believe in offering quality wood products to our customers. All our products are carefully verified to meet industry's high quality and buyers' standards, and are approved personally by our factory. Our dimension lumbers are sold kiln-dried; selected to be free of any major defects and pre-cut for ideal furniture manufacturing. With or warehouse program, customers will save up in freight, minimize defects, reduce storage and labor cost. Customers are able to focus in getting their products to market and concentrate in delivery speed to their clients. Jayakas factory has pioneered the process of direct extraction from Rubberwood. From that year until today, we have developed the shortened process time and optimizing the usage of materials, which translate into time and cost savings. The direct extraction process also reduces rejection rates and provides us with the flexibility to fashion a wider range of products.
