Factory trained to support computerized models or units back to the 60's, we can be at your facility within 24 hours. The service van is equiped with gaskets to heaters, AND a loaner unit, - whatever it takes to get you sterilizing before we leave. Warranty certified for Midmark, Ritter and others, phone us for specific help with troubleshooting.
We provide JCAHO recommended hard copy of performance testing from our electrical safety analyzers and defib calibration testers.

We are manufacturer certified to provide warranty service for the ultra-modern Midmark and Ritter lines.
