Invitrogen Corporation (NASDAQ: IVGN) has completed its acquisition of BioReliance Corporation through a cash tender offer for all of the outstanding shares of BioReliance. BioReliance shares have been delisted from NASDAQ and ceased trading at the close of business on February 6, 2004.Our goal is to advance the development and delivery of healthcare products through testing, development and manufacturing services in partnership with clients worldwide.
