Our custom formulation expertise allows us to progress from concept to shelf in an efficient, economical way.

BioZone's custom formulation department's expertise is in the field of therapeutic creams, lotions, liquids and gels. We understand and thoroughly evaluate the intricacies of every formulation project in detail to meet project objectives and maximize customer satisfaction. Our formulators will apply the latest technologies, including our patented QuSome ® technology, to provide your cosmetic product with improved efficacy and marketing advantages. Our quality control professionals will monitor each step of the process, ensuring GMP compliance.

We manufacture health, beauty and OTC pharmaceutical products that are sold by our customers, which include mass marketers, specialty beauty retailers, national food and drug chains, direct marketing companies, spas, salons, and upscale boutiques.

We maintain six production lines in our 60,000 sq ft, cGMP compliant, packaging and warehouse facility, capable of filling 163,000 units per day in tubes, jars and bottles in various sizes of container and cap configurations. Labels are stored in a dedicated, secure room and delivered to production personnel as needed to avoid mislabeling. BioZone’s expertise in shrink wrapping, sleeving, unit and outer cartoning and palletizing allows us to provide full packaging services to our customers.

BioZone Laboratories, Inc. formulates, develops and manufactures high quality health, beauty and drug products for the cosmetic and pharmaceutical industries. All manufacturing is conducted under strict quality assurance and control standards in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practice (“cGMP”) requirements and guidelines as mandated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (“FDA”).
