Bio Med Sciences has over 20 years experience with casting various polymer formulations into membrane and sheeting products. We specialize in silicones but have experience with numerous other polymer systems.

If it says “Made with Silon Technology,” you can be sure it’s authentic Bio Med Sciences product. In some cases our products are sold under the Bio Med Sciences label. In other cases, our products may be co-branded with our partner’s trademark.

Silon Dual-Dress 20F is a single dressing with two different functions. One side consists of a highly absorbent open-celled hydrophilic foam. The other side consists of Silon-TSR semi-occlusive film. The Silon (colored blue) is perforated to allow exudate to wick away from the wound.
