Description

Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 7 years of full-time experience in Histology/IHC. Should possess at least 3-5 years managerial responsibility in Histology/IHC Laboratory. ASCP certification (HT/HTL) is highly desired. Experience in a quality regulated laboratory (e.g. CLIA-certified or FDA-regulated) is a plus. Proficiency with automated instrumentation for IHC, preferably familiarity with platforms from different vendors, is a plus.

Mac & Windows Operating System. Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign) Two years of experience in graphic design or a related area. Effective oral and written communication skills to ensure on time delivery.

Bachelor’s degree in Science or Marketing preferred. Prior experience in Sales, Marketing, and/or Customer Service is desired. Certification or experience in Histology or technically related field desired. 2-4 years of demonstrated success with capital and/or consumable sales. Experience with Customer Relations Management Software programs.
