Endo-Therapeutics, Inc. was established in 1992 in Safety Harbor, Florida. The company's main business is contract manufacturing of instruments for endoscopy. At its inception, ETI was a private label supplier of reusable devices. The company is now one of the largest domestic producer of biopsy forceps and polypectomy snares. Well over one million of these devices were shipped in 2010, both in the US and into international markets.

ETI manufactures a variety of proprietary and generic devices under contracted private label arrangements for both domestic and international companies. ETI has several ongoing contract product development project for urology, gastroenterology, pulmonary and ENT instruments. ETI markets the non-proprietary instruments it manufactures through both domestic and International distributors. ETI non-proprietary products are sold direct to hospitals and endoscopy centers in the US by its BioCeps Division.

BioCeps is the domestic sales and marketing division of Endo-Therapeutics, Inc., a leading developer and manufacturer of quality instruments for endoscopy.
