The Certificate of Origin document is not required to ship products, and is used exclusively to enable International Customers to receive a discount on import custom fees. The document is a value added service we provide to our customers.

Biorex Labs' collects personally identifiable information when you register on our website, when you use certain Biorex Labs’ products or services, and when you enter promotions or sweepstakes. Biorex Labs may also receive personally identifiable information from our business partners. When you register with Biorex Labs to use our online store, we initially ask for your name, email address, address, city, state, zip code, and organization. Once you register and login to our site you are not anonymous to us.
