Ms. Pontiff is a joint venture partner with BirchREA, and serves as President of New England Property Advisors, Incorporated, a Massachusetts-based tenant advisory brokerage firm focused on helping corporate tenants to navigate acquisition and disposition of leased and owned real estate. Ms. Pontiff brings over 15 years of experience in advisory and valuation services to BirchREA, where she acts as a Senior Advisor on select projects. Ms. Pontiff has represented tenants in a wide range of industries, providing a full complement of services including consulting and planning, site selection, and transaction negotiation. Her assignments have included build-to-suit projects, corporate headquarters facilities and field offices across the US. Ms. Pontiff served as Vice President of Suburban Brokerage for CBRE in New England from 2002 through 2007. From 1991 through 2001 Ms. Pontiff appraised commercial real estate around the United States, including both Alaska and Hawaii. She was awarded the MAI (Member Appraisal Institute) designation in 1995 and served as Director, Valuation Advisory Services for Cushman & Wakefield from 1995 through 2001. She was the division
