For any return or warranty, all customers must obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from our Customer Care Center. This can be done by calling 800-657-8214 or 1-541-245-4488 for our customers located outside of the US. Returns or exchanges that do hot have the RMA number clearly displayed on the outside of the package will be returned to sender. We do not refund any shipping and handling costs.
Good Life Inc. carries high-quality bird control products by Bird Gard®, Bird-X® and Zon®. Each manufacturer has their own Return and Warranty Policies that we must follow. Good Life will work with each customer to the best of our ability for all warranty situations. For all warranty questions, please contact our Customer Care Center at 1-800-657-8214. A Good Life® Customer Care Representative can determine the warranty for your specific product(s). Orders shipped by Good Life Inc. but refused by the customer will be charged a $12 fee.
