When Stafford got started, bird control products were limited to sticky gels, poisonous baits and trapping. Over the last eighteen years the bird control industry has changed greatly and Jeff Stafford has been there through it all. In 1994, Jeff Stafford started New Solutions Environmental Pest Management, a pest control company that stood apart from the rest by embracing the newest and most advanced technologies in both the bird and pest control industry. In a very short period of time, New Solutions E.P.M. became one of the fastest growing companies in Southern California, with the most prominent division being the bird control division. In December of 2000, Stafford sold New Solutions E.P.M. After the sale, Stafford continued to lead the bird control division. Now he is running his own company specializing in bird control, Bird Solutions International, also known as the Bird Control Experts. The Bird Solutions bird control team always strives to find the most efficient environmentally safe and least visible methods of bird control. When approaching a bird control project the staff look at three primary goals.
