Description

The principals of B&A have been working directly with clients since 1996. Our background has been in developing and implementing solutions. This started with energy solutions for multiple markets in previous careers with Honeywell and Siemens, which are old school manufacturing entities with deep commitment to process and quality improvement. We then began to develop wider-ranging operational solutions for our customers, all driven to bottom line results within existing manpower, budgetary, and operational constraints. This led to a realization that we would have greater freedom and ability if we did this directly for clients, as opposed to for a products company constrained by the desire to sell more goods and services. This led us to form B&A, as we were able to put this talent to work on behalf of our clients directly. We also have additional consultants and experts that comprise a "Bench" of resources that are called upon, as dictated by the client and opportunity.
