Lisa Costilla has served as the firm’s Dallas Operations Manager for over 13 years. Lisa has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing from Texas State University and has a combined 29 years in mortgage lending and document preparation experience. Lisa’s previous mortgage experience includes work in the commercial lending and shipping/insuring departments of several mortgage companies before moving to document preparation. Penny Parker, one of BMG’s Operation Managers joined the Black, Mann & Graham team in March, 2000 and brought with her over 16 years of knowledge and experience in the real estate industry.
