Blackburn Drainage and Construction, Inc was established in 1978 as Mountain Empire Septic Service by Scott Blackburn and is now in its 30th year of operation. The company evolved into Blackburn Drainage and Construction in 1984 and Incorporated in 2004 Blackburn Drainage specializes in the new installation and repair of subsurface sewage disposal systems throughout San Diego County. With over 30 years of experience we are qualified to handle any size job from reconnecting damaged lines, or reconstructing septic tank tops, to complete leach field design, installation, or repair.

Blackburn Drainage and Construction, Inc is a family-owned and operated underground construction company specializing in septic system installation and repair throughout San Diego County. Our trained professional staff will work quickly and safely to get your old system running again or your new system installed. We also provide a number of repair services such as drainage outlet replacement, septic tank top reconstruction, and septic tank lid risers installations.

Septic systems have finite life spans (~30 years) and will need repair and maintenance. We specialize in repairing and expanding existing stone & pipe systems. We can also repair stone & pipe systems with Infiltrator® systems when necessary.
