At 16, Brian purchased his first live sound system knowing audio technologies would be his path for many years. Moving on to a factory authorized equipment repair brands to engineering touring concert systems, it was not too long before he found his calling in systems integration.

Kody got his first taste of audio engineering during high school when he would provide his band and other local bands with PA systems for their shows. He went on to pursue a computer science degree at Wisconsin. Moving to Scotland for the remainder of the program, he also added audio recording and production to his studies. During this time he balanced efforts in the recording studio and working in local clubs engineering live sound. This led to his first foray into systems integration, working with local clubs to upgrade their sound systems and program their audio DSPs.
