Prior to forming Blacktide Development Corp., Jeremy was co-founder and principal of BlackTide, LLC, which continues as an active owner and developer of single tenant retail projects in Southern California. From 2005 through 2012, Jeremy was a Principal and the Chief Executive Officer of LandMark Retail Group, LLC, a full service, fee development company which played a key role in assisting CVS CareMark Corporation's rapid expansion throughout California, including strategic assistance with CVS' acquisition of Savon Drugs in 2006 and Longs Drugs in 2008.
