Description

Founded in 1988, the engineering firm of Blackwell Engineering was formed out of dedication to providing quality engineering and personal service to our clients. The firm has concentrated on land planning, site design, drainage and erosion control design, subdivisions, water and sewage facilities, and alternative septic systems. Since 1993, when two of the present principals joined the firm, Blackwell Engineering has expanded its services fully utilizing computerized design and plotting techniques.
