Cynthia A. Having worked in environments with safety sensitive issues and special concerns, she brings expertise in complex situations. She also works well with organized labor. Her unique experience of working in both internal and external EAPs allows her to apply quality standards with sensitivity and flexibility. conducts a variety of training courses for Blair Consulting Group. 1998-2002: Senior Consultant, Blair & Burke, Portland, Oregon Ms. Sulaski was responsible for the design and coordination of Blair & Burke training activities, which include in 1999 the highly acclaimed "Fundamentals of EAP" and four new advanced courses. She also redesigned the Fundamentals course for a non-English-speaking audience prior to the Blair & Burke presentation of this course in Japan. As Senior Consultant, she was also responsible for EAP program evaluations and program planning. 1997-1998 President, Sulaski Consulting and Training, Portland, Oregon Ms. Sulaski provided management coaching; and consultation and training services to employers on issues that affect safety, employee productivity and morale. Clients included Fortune 100 companies and external EAP vendors. 1991-1997: Regional EAP Coordinator, Mobil Corporation, Dallas, Texas Responsibilities included overseeing EAP operations and EAP vendor contracts for all Mobil US work sites west of the Mississippi. This included implementation of vendor evaluations, review of adherence to Mobil "designated affiliate" requirements, site visits and case reviews. Ms. Sulaski designed and conducted a wide range of training programs for employees, supervisors and human resources professionals that focused on issues related to safety and productivity. Specific accomplishments included organizing and maintaining EAP Advisory Committees throughout the region; writing Mobil Medical Department ’s critical incident debriefing procedure manual; and assisting in the planning and coordination of EAP service delivery to Mobil expatriate families in Qatar, France and other countries. 1988-1991: Regional EAP Manager, Employee Support Systems Company, Seattle, Washington Duties included management of EAP administrative staff, office, clinical subcontractors and operations for Washington and Oregon contracts covering approximately 20 employers and 5,000 employees. Through marketing efforts, Ms. Sulaski increased client companies and revenues by twenty percent. She instituted the delivery of critical incident debriefing services to client companies after traumatic workplace events. 1986-1988: EAP Coordinator, Valley Cities Mental Health Center, Auburn, Washington Responsibilities included providing the full spectrum of EAP service delivery to the Center ’s client companies: program design; management consultation and training; clinical assessments and follow-up services; employee education and program evaluation.
