For over 35 years, Jim Turk has practiced in the areas of Personal Injury , Insurance Law and Commercial Litigation . Jim is also recognized as a Board Certified Civil Trial Advocate by the National Board of Trial Advocacy and by the Minnesota State Bar Association. Because of his many years of experience, Jim has also been selected as a Minnesota Leading Attorney in the area of Personal Injury Law and Commercial Litigation .

The lawyers who make up our Construction Litigation team advise clients with claims regarding construction matters including defective construction, statutory warranties, water intrusion, mold, property damage and contract claims. Our lawyers are experienced in both prosecuting claims on behalf of property owners, and defending claims made against construction companies.
