By the Light of the Moon - BLM Software, Inc. is now a reality. That small group of now not so young computer geeks, have once again joined forces and pooled their combined 60 years of experience to fulfill those long ago ideals. As a result of working with City and County Governments, the groundwork was laid for the Committee Books Management System. Living in a small rural community drove home the need for record management that was designed for lay people with basic computer skills. Most Municipal Clerks are elected, so any system had to be designed in such a way that a new person walking in, could use and maintain it with minimal training. WE ARE DIFFERENT. We know that the needs of each community, regardless of how large or small, is basically the same - but the resources are not. So we have priced our systems so that anyone with a need can afford it. Not every community needs all of the bells and whistles of the out-of-reach priced products that a few other companies have produced. What we offer are simple, flexible, basic approaches that gives the end user an opportunity to build in their own unique bells and whistles without the high price tag.
