Executive Account Representative In May of 2011 Amy joined the BBCS customer service team. She brings to the team over 7 years of Quality Management experience in the blood banking industry including working with whole blood, apheresis, plasmapheresis and HCT/P collection facilities. Before joining BBCS, Amy worked for Atlanta Blood Services where she was responsible for all aspects of quality assurance and functioned as the BBCS System Administrator.

Amy Lloyd Human Resources Manager Amy joined BBCS in 2013 and manages the Human Resources, Admin and Finance departments. With over 13 years of combined Human Resource, Accounting and Management experience she possesses a broad base of industry expertise which has resulted in the skills and knowledge for establishing and managing the day to day issues of HR from employment law to employee relations to compensation and benefits and everything in between.

BBCS Primary release 5.4 represents over two and a half years of design and development, and we are proud to say that it is now completed and ready to be implemented at your facility. Jordan Ford Director of Quality & Project Management In July 2009, Jordan joined BBCS to provide a commitment of Project Management methodologies to the Research and Development division. His ability to see the holistic view of each project, combined with his strong work ethic and commitment to quality have enabled him to provide immediate impacts tot he BBCS Production Schedule.
