I earned my real estate license in 2004 and began my career as a land specialist, spending most of my time finding development properties for builders. By marketing and farming for sale and not for sale properties that could be used in development, I learned complex transactions at a rapid pace. I have amassed much experience in zoning and land use in many Metro Jurisdictions. Aiding in the design and model home furnishing of new construction subdivisions has given me new home selling experience that has also been invaluable to my knowledge base.
