Michael “Mike” Brubaker, founder of Blue Chip Aviation Management LLC, has been involved in aviation for more than 15 years, with more than ten of those as a professional pilot. After earning a degree in aviation, Mike worked his way up the aviation ladder, including flight instruction, on-demand charter flying passengers and freight, corporate flying and airline flying. Providing the finest aviation related services is our goal, and Mike works hard to ensure our clients receive only the best.

The staff at Blue Chip Aviation Management LLC has over 30 years of combined experience in almost every field of aviation. From Chief Pilot and Director of Operations to Chief Flight Instructor and other management and senior level positions throughout FAR Part 61, 91, 141, 135 and 121 operations, our staff has the depth of knowledge needed to formulate solutions for your specific needs.

Many owners and flight departments have interruptions of service for periods of time during the year due to a variety of reasons, including crew sick leave, crew training and vacations, just to name a few.
