Bob Marlowe is Blue Cord’s Chief Estimator and manages the company’s Estimating department. Bob (along with Michael Waldrop) also oversees the Firm’s Quality Control / Quality Assurance program. His 30 years of construction experience brings a tremendous amount of value to our customers in cost estimating and understanding the means and methods of construction systems.

Blue Cord has extensive experience in all areas of commercial design and construction including healthcrare, industrial, office, higher education and other markets within commercial development.

Kym Campbell is Blue Cord’s Office Manager and lead Project Administrator. Kym has over 20 years of experience in the Construction Industry specifically on commercial, healthcare and governmental projects. Kym has experience with performing general office management duties as well as complex administrative and on-site duties.

Iris Perez is Blue Cord’s Accounting Manager; she has over 20 years’ experience in accounting for the construction and engineering industry. She is a graduate of Webster University with experience in Oracle, Deltek Vision and QuickBooks Accounting systems. Iris keeps the organization running by managing all the business financials, operational budgets and forecasts. Iris applies financial principles and practices and develops recommendations to operational issues.
