Description
Our utmost desire is to comprehensively assist our customers in transforming their businesses from the inside out. Our team hopes that you enjoy your experience of getting to know more about our company, our general sensitivity towards the pressures faced by service bureaus today, and our desire to “walk alongside” each of our customers as they seek to achieve the next step in their business.
Payroll information represents expense data, not revenue or 'top line' data. We have realized that there is a large opptunity to provide variance hours and dollar aggregations and variance analysis based on what we call yields. Following our example above, Insight4M3® supports the billable hours and dollars billed to the job, which is expressed as a revenue 'top-line' number so that it can be studies against the actual payroll cost. Like so many other fact tables in our solution, being able to see productivity by organizational units, by job codes, by employee, and by dates (check, period begin, period end) is fully supported.
With its flagship business intelligence product Insight4M3®, we provide independently owned and operated payroll service bureaus with improved competitive positioning and differentiation, which sets the stage for uncontested market growth opportunity and new business wins.
Mr. Townsend's resume is extensive and underpins his deep experience in the payroll services industry. Beginning with his product development work in 1987 for a strong national privately held payroll service bureau, he was responsible for developing the company’s first PC-based payroll front-end solution. This product continued to be upgraded over the years into a Windows GUI platform. He also created their first payroll tax processing platform, first remote communications hosting portal, and first HR system. He also implemented an EFTPS EDI-based system that reduced corporate dependency on FedLink used by the Federal Reserve Banking system. When the company he worked for was acquired by a Fortune 500 company, he continued to lead the development of the company’s first Internet payroll data entry portal, which remains in production today under different ownership.
