Blue Lake Ventures concentrates its efforts on start-up and early-stage information technology companies, and on occasion also participates in seed funding. Our broad areas of focus are: • Technology for the enterprise • Software as a Service • Next-generation education solutions • Healthcare We work with self-funded or angels-funded early stage companies that are past the development phase, are starting to generate revenue, and require their first Series A institutional investment, typically between $2 million and $6 million. We look for companies with unique products or services and large market potentials. We will provide introductions into the most qualified venture capital firms and guide you through every stage of the process. As part of the initial strategic review, Blue Lake Ventures will give you strategic advice on sales, marketing and product management issues, and help you prepare: • Elevator pitch • Business plan • PowerPoint presentation • Multi-year detailed Excel financial projections
