Mr. Cresante is an accomplished senior executive who has over 30 years of experience with a variety of specialty manufacturing firms in the automotive, aerospace and defense, explosives, technology and general industrial industries. Most recently, he was President and CEO of Special Devices, Inc., a global manufacturer of precision-engineered devices for the automotive, aerospace and defense, and mining industries. Prior to Special Devices, Mr. Cresante served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for Safety Components International.

Mr. McGregor has more than 40 years of experience, primarily in the polymers, automotive and textile industries. He is the former Chairman and CEO of M.A. Hanna Company (NYSE), an international specialty chemicals company focused on the plastics and rubber industries, and former President and Chief Operating Officer for Burlington Industries (NYSE), a leading provider of fabrics for apparel and interior furnishings.
