Leslie brings over 24 years of specialized experience in the Multi-Family Industry and has served in the capacity of a Regional Property Manager or Regional Vice President, for the last thirteen years. Prior to joining Blue Rock Partners Leslie was with Pinnacle Properties handling over 2000 units throughout Florida. Leslie has successfully demonstrated a comprehensive understanding of many aspects of the multi-family industry throughout her career due to the diverse nature and special needs of her past assignments.

A native of Florida, Christy Sumler brings more than 15 years of experience in the multi-family housing industry. Christy received her Community Association license in 1995 and Real Estate license in 1997. She then received her Bachelor's degree in Management from Troy University, graduating Summa Cum Laude in 1999.

Julie brings more than 15 years of experience in the multi-family housing industry in Georgia, Texas, Florida and now Alabama. Her experience includes both traditional and low income housing.
