We have been building luxurious yet affordable homes in SW Florida for over nine years. Prior to relocating to Florida, we spent many years building custom homes in the Chicago land area. With over 15 years experience building homes and over 35 years experience in real estate and construction we can help make your dream come true. Whether you are building a new home or remodeling an existing property, we provide a one on one personal service to all of our clients. At the end of our building experience, our clients have become friends. Al has had an interest in architecture and home design since childhood. He received his MBA from the University of Illinois, but admits he sometimes regrets not pursuing a degree in architecture. After college, Al worked in the real estate business before deciding to put his lifelong interest to good use. His goal was to design & build homes that appealed to the consumer, a goal he has definitely achieved. Al is licensed by the State of Florida as a Building Contractor (CBC1253833) as well as a Licensed Real Estate Broker. Donna has been working in the real estate and building business for over 35 years. She works not only in the new home construction field, but in the real estate market as well. Donna received her BS degree from Iowa State University and began working in real estate shortly after graduating. She is now a Licensed Real Estate Broker, and obtained her Residential Contractor License in 2003. ...
