This level of support involves installing a device to sit on the network and monitor all of our IP devices. If your system goes off line, reboots or has communication errors, we will automatically be notified and can perform service calls on the equipment. Plus, every month we provide a report showing the health of the system. This extended support is available on a per project basis and depends on the amount of components to be monitored. Ultimately, it allows your system to be monitored for optimum performance and saves you substantial time diagnosing issues.
