Sandra’s thorough cost estimates, excellent communication skills, industry knowledge and lasting relationships with her clients, the building department, sub contractors and employees are her keys to success. Kelly Beard Superintendent Kelly Beard brings over 32 years of construction experience to Blue Spruce. Mr. Beard has built a reputation on running quality projects that come in on time and within budget. From custom homes to commercial projects, Kelly is known for effectively working with the client, architect and the sub contractors to complete his projects. Gina Drumright Project Manager Gina has been in the construction business for 15 years running the gamut from custom home building to managing multi-million dollar apartment renovations. Ms. Drumright is the “glue” of Blue Spruce, interfacing between the job sites and the office, closely monitoring schedules and budgets. Gerald Trainor The Detailer Gerald has been with Blue Spruce since it’s inception and is capable of running or doing any phase of the construction process. With an eye for detail and the skills to complete any aspect of residential or commercial work, Gerald comes in at the end of the job to ensure every loose end is tied. Leonel Hernandez Construction Lead Leo is our newest addition. He ensures our job sites are kept safe and clean and he is also an amazing carpenter.
