He is said by sages to be a worker for whom the reactions of work have been burned up by the fire of perfect knowledge. Abandoning all attachment to the results of his activities, ever satisfied and independent, he performs no fruitive action, although engaged in all kinds of undertakings.

Classes are taught in a spacious, well-lit, wood-floored studio, and we provide yoga mats and other yoga props needed for yoga poses in the Iyengar method. We offer classes at all levels, for those new to yoga and those looking to deepen and expand their practice.
