Blue Star Incorporated in Contra Costa County since 1980 is Concord’s original and oldest Tattoo and Body Piercing shop. We are members of the Concord Chamber of Commerce , and are the only shop in Contra Costa County that are also members of the Association of Professional Body Piercers. The studio provides safe, professional and confidential services. We offer state-of-the-art Sterilization, stringent hygiene standards, and unparalleled aftercare. We have the largest selection of high-quality body jewelry in the city of Concord, and most likely the entire state of California. Today there are choices in body jewelry to meet just about every style. We maintain a selection of body jewelry that reflects the needs and desires of our varied clientele. Our excellent relationships with many manufactures allow us to special order or create exactly what you are looking for.Each artist has been professionally trained (updated yearly) in bloodborne pathogens, and disease prevention. We have strict standards for our sterilizion process, the best in the business. We use individually packaged, sterile needles that are immediately disposed of after each procedure. Everything is completely disinfected before and after every tattoo and/or piercing to eliminate contamination. You will always see us wearing gloves even for the most minor things, because we care about our clients health as well as our own. Our staff is trained to work with you to achieve the design you desire. We will work from studio selections (over 50,000 designs), or help you create a totally unique design.
