Each lends their own unique qualifications in separate areas that are key to the success of the company.David Biggs comes to New Century Companies with a wealth of residential experience from some of the largest private and public residential developers in the country. Prior to entering the development side of the industry, David was a commercial Real-Estate Appraiser and holds the MAI designation. With development experience of over 3,000 multifamily residential units in South Florida, he has previously played a key role in companies such as JPI Development Partners “Florida”, ZOM Development “Florida”, Trammel Crow “Florida”, and Summit Properties “REIT”.J.P. DiMisa , a second generation homebuilder, has been involved in a wide range of residential development and construction throughout South Florida, ranging from multi-million dollar custom estate homes to multi-family communities. A State Certified General Contractor, J.P. is educated in building and construction, and is the qualifier for the firm’s construction arm. He serves as an active member of the Gold Coast Builder's Association and The National Association of Home Builders .
