IY Parent has three goals: 1) to provide a cost-effective, early intervention parent program to promote young children’s social, emotional, and academic competence and prevent the development of behavior problems; 2) to provide interventions that target treating and reducing the early onset of child conduct problems; and 3) to provide parent training aimed at reducing negative and promoting positive parenting.
